Where do you find service for a product in your area? Your local technician is unable to solve the problem?  Well, you are in luck! ABC Technologies Repair is pleased to provide service on your equipment when you ship it to us by UPS or FedEx. 

You do not want to Pack-Up Your Equipment?  Use UPS in your area to handle the packing!  We will pay for the return shipping free of charge.  When you call, we will give you the closest estimate for the repair cost and the turn around time.

How to Proceed:

1) Download or call To receive Your RMA/Work-Order request form. You may go to www.abctechinc.com/ServiceRequest.htm for an automatic RMA form.

2) Use MailBoxes Etc. to pack Your equipment or follow these procedures:

A) Backup any valuable data for safekeeping

B) Monitors - pack in original box or use hard foam to pack

C) Scanners or Printers - lock carriage assembly

D) Ink Jet Printers - remove or secure ink cartridges according to manufacturers instructions. Ink cartridges should be taped with scotch tape and placed in zip-lock bags

E) Remove and label external cords and pack separately in same container

F) Double-pack laptops to secure delicate LCD screens

G) Remove toner cartridges, developers and drums from laser printers. Be sure to protect drum's from sunlight and package so that the toner will not spill and the drum won't get scratched!  This is very important! If you have questions feel free to call before you begin.
