ABC Technologies has 8 technicians, with over 50 years combined experience in the computer industry.  They have all passed the computer industry’s A+ certification examination, which has qualified our company to be an A+ Authorized Service Center.  Our techs hold over 500 certifications from over 20 manufacturers. Through our continuing education program, they earn certifications each year on new products as they are introduced.

As an Authorized Service Provider for our manufacturer partners, we receive official service manuals and update bulletins; we have passwords to access the manufacturer second-level technical support department if we need help solving a problem; and we can perform warranty and post-warranty services using official factory parts.

Service Contracts

Any company with over 4 pieces of equipment is eligible for our service and/or maintenance contracts. Our contract customers enjoy some of the fastest response and turn-around times in the industry. Contact our contract sales staff for more information.

 

Rush Service

In a hurry? Got a deadline to meet? Just plain impatient? we normally service all equipment on a first-come first-served basis, but we understand that from time to time, certain situations require special attention. This is why, for our regular rate billed at time-and-a-half*, we will drop everything and get you up and running again as fast as is possible. Our shop is convenient to several coffee-houses and parking is easy. Order rush service and take a stress-free hour or two in the middle of the day, knowing that your equipment is in the electronics equivalent of a modern trauma center.

 

Loaner Equipment

Loaners are made available in rare instances where parts are unavailable for extended periods of time. Loaners are not available in the first 24 hours.
